The Icy Mountains

Grey Wolf have become one of the most dependable bands in the underground, with their Iron Age True Metal approach heavy with the influence of Omen, Manowar, or Ironsword. They never really change their style, and there are usually only slight variances in quality between albums. This is a solid entry in the catalog, with really good riffing, and often a more epic than strictly pugilistic approach, capped off with the genuine 10-minute epic of "Troy," which definitely wears its Manowar homage on its sleeve. If you like this kind of bruising, epic Heavy Metal, then this is not to be missed.
