It's been a while since 2018's Dust to Gold, but Bullet are back with another good rocker. The Swedish metallized version of AC/DC isn't venturing into new territory here (one could say that's another trait they share with the Australian hard rock legends). Anyone hearing this will ask you, "Wait, is that AC/DC?" Well, no. It's metal, it's heavier, faster, crunchier and more polished. It has that expected rocking, party vibe that gets people moving (I may have been guilty of air guitaring while taking a walk and listening to the album, earning a few looks) that was especially common in the '80s, with catchy choruses, insanely catchy music, and a general sense of just rocking the fuck out and having fun. I can hear a bit of mid-80s Judas Priest and Accept in the guitars, and the overall melodies often sound like the bastard child of AC/DC and U.D.O. Bottom line, this is music to have fun and it rocks, and sometimes that's all you need.
