Every time I listen to this album, I feel like I've just been run over by a train. This is fast, heavy and uncompromising black metal that puts some of the '90s stuff to shame. The speed is insane and just keeping up with it is a workout in itself. The vocals are nasty rasps that sound spiteful as fuck, and the music is unrelenting from beginning to end, each instrument being abused in unimaginable ways for the utmost pleasures of the sick minds among us. There are short, slower passages that sound occult and demonic before letting the speedy onslaught take over again. No one gives a damn about originality when there's so much aural destruction at play. Fuck yeah.
