Damn. Talk about being run over by a train. Exhumed have been around for three decades and they sure got their grinding death metal right. Fifteen songs clocking at just over 26 minutes, this goes by pretty quickly and you'll never know what hit you. Very fast, heavy, laser-precision music with crazed growls is the shortest description I can come up with to describe Horror. I like how these guys' music is so fast but... "decipherable" enough that you can make out the genius behind the music, the twirly solos that rip through the ears and the heavy, crunchy riffs and fast, pounding drums that call for some massive headbanging that will send you right to a series of appointments with a chiropractor. A lot of bands play this style and play it fast, but few get it right like Exhumed do. Face, meet pavement.
