I picked up this DVD since the "Boneshaker" DVD just can't seem to arrive in North America. This "Best of..." was described as a collection of Motörhead videos and that's exactly what it is - nothing more (unless you count production credits as added value...) Almost all the band's videos are included here, although the "recent" video of "God Save the Queen" is nowhere to be found. Interestingly, the last video on the DVD (Killed By Death)is listed as bonus material, so you have to select it separately in the menu - it won't appear in the "play all" sequence. I guess the fact that it is a more ambitious video than the others makes it a bit special, but to make it bonus material is kind of pointless in my opinion. The other videos, all pretty old, are of the "fake live set" variety, so they all look pretty much the same. If you ever wanted to own the band's videos, here's your chance. A couple of surprises in there as I had not seen all of the band's videos and didn't know that some of the songs featured on the DVD even had a video. Personally I'm glad I won't have to wait for the local music station to air the videos (and, more importantly, I won't have to suffer through the show host's gibberish, waiting for him to shut up so I can see the video.) Definitely a low cost release, this DVD does not even include a booklet, so it's really quite minimal as far as content goes (not much of a surprise after I saw that BMG were involved in this release.) I guess this is one for fans only.
