Oracular Hexations

Second album for this band from Oregon. This album has a good sound, with a good guitar tone and a lot of heaviness. It's a bit too slick of a job for what I like in this kind of music, but just a bit. There's nothing here you have not heard before, with the expected grinding riffs and blackened screeches. Overall this is too much surface gloss and not enough songwriting substance.
