Mundicide

Despite a really stupid album cover, this is actually pretty good. Eternity present very orthodox Black Metal, with a degree more melody and gloss in the production than was the standard in the second wave. The riffs are standard tremolo Black Metal riffs and the vocals are the expected rasp. Nothing about this stands out at all, but it's all done well enough to keep my interest, despite how derivative it is. If you are going to ape the greats like Satyricon or early Immortal, at least do it this well.
