Mutilated Before the Masses

Modern Death/Thrash by the numbers is what Corrupted Saint gives us on their EP, Mutilated Before the Masses, and it's not even a particularly entertaining version of that. The riffs are standard, the songwriting flails through tropes in the hopes you don't notice how dull they are, and everything they have to offer has been done to death by better bands, making even the most earnest parts of this dull and lifeless. The only time they perk up is when they start ripping off Slayer on "Process of Elimination", but it's not enough to justify listening to this EP despite its short length. Competent, but pointless.
